Description

The Trentino Sauvignon Portraits Vigna Maso Tratta di La Vis was born in vineyards located in the Avisian hills, in the Maso Tratta area, in the municipality of Lavis.

It is produced exclusively with Sauvignon grapes, harvested only by hand during the third decade of September. After a soft pressing and a static decanting of the must, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 6-7 months, before being bottled.

It is characterized by a straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose opens with elderflower aromas, enriched with nuances of nettle leaf and nutmeg. On the palate it is fragrant, with a pleasantly full body and balanced acidity.

Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with sushi, crustaceans and seafood.
