Luca Gardini

From Sauvignon Blanc grapes, harvested on the hills of Trentino, this wine expresses all the character of the vine in a fresh and fine version. Olfactory references of elderflower and yellow peach with touches of sage. On the palate it is taut and balanced, fresh and saline, with returns of Provençal herbs.

Sauvignon Blanc Bonconsey is produced in Trentino, in hilly areas at a maximum altitude of 450 metres above sea level.

The grapes come from vineyards grown on gravelly soils and are harvested by hand, followed by destemming and a brief maceration of the must in contact with the skins. After fermentation in steel, the wine rests in the bottle for a maximum of 11 months.

Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections, it has an olfactory profile reminiscent of elderberry, fig, herbaceous notes of wild flowers and tomato leaf. On the palate, the minerality and the right herbaceous component return, guaranteeing character, structure and medium persistence.

Ideal with white meats in sauces, prawns and raw fish, it can also accompany vegetable risottos.
