Trentino Sauvignon DOC 2020 Bonconsey

Sauvignon Blanc Bonconsey is produced in Trentino from hilly terrain located at a maximum altitude of 450 meters above sea level

The grapes come from vineyards grown on gravelly soils and manual harvesting precedes the destemming and a short maceration of the must in contact with the skins. After fermentation in steel, the wine rests for a maximum period of eleven months in the bottle.

Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has an olfactory profile reminiscent of elderberry, fig, herbaceous notes of wildflowers and tomato leaves. On the palate the minerality and the right herbaceous component return to guarantee character, structure and medium persistence.

Ideal in combination with white meats dressed with sauces, prawns and raw fish, it can also accompany vegetable risotto.
