Description
Antares di Toblino is a Trento DOC sparkling wine that originates from the vineyards with the best exposure to the sun in the Valle dei Laghi, characterized by an airy climate and a good excursion between day and night. Chardonnay in purity, its sparkling process involves a prolonged maturation period on the lees which reaches 36 months.
It has an intense straw yellow color with greenish reflections. His perlage is very minute and persistent, indicative of the fact that we are facing a great vintage. Approaching the nose to the glass you can perceive elegant notes of crusty bread and dry pastry, supported by strong mineral hints. With excellent structure, the palate is fresh with an endless gustatory presence.
Fantastic as an aperitif, it is an ideal bubble to accompany any meal.
