Trento Brut Rosé DOC Balter
Description
The Trento Rosé of the Balter Farm is made from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from the 10 hectares of the company located in the Rovereto area.
With 80% Pinot Noir grapes and 20% Chardonnay, this sparkling wine ages 24 months on the lees to acquire depth and complexity. It is these two blends that give the wine finesse and elegance as well as a skilful draft carried out between June and July.
With a fine and antique pink perlage, it has notes of citrus fruits, bread crust and almond on the nose, for a compact and harmonious taste, capable of recovering the elegance of the yeasts in a fruity and ample sip. Good persistence and great drinkability complete it.
Ideal for aperitifs based on cured meats and fresh fruit, it goes well with delicate first courses and medium-aged cheeses.
