Description
The Classic Method Brut Corte Imperiale was born in the vineyards of the Trentino Wallenburg company, located on the Martignano hill.
It is mainly produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, harvested in the first half of September. The wine, obtained from white vinification, takes the second fermentation and aging for at least 24 months on the lees. Subsequent disgorgement is carried out.
The Imperial Court is characterized by a straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. After the typical fragrant aroma of bread crust, it offers a very elegant floral bouquet. In the mouth it shows a marked acidity and a bewitching softness, which accompany towards a persistent finish.
Excellent with light fish appetizers, vegetarian dishes and vegetables, it is perfect for an aperitif.
