Trento DOC Demi-Sec Ferrari

Ferrari's Trento Demi-Sec was born in vineyards located in the municipalities of Val di Cembra and Valle dei Langhi, on the hills of Trentino.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, harvested manually between the end of August and the beginning of September. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the dictates of the Classic Method. This bubbles ages on selected yeasts for at least 24 months before being placed on the market.

It is characterized by an intense straw yellow and a persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet of ripe Golden apple and wildflowers. In the mouth it is round and harmonious, with a characteristic note of bread crust.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany dessert.
