Description

The Spumante Domini Millesimato di Abate Nero comes from vineyards located at high altitudes in the pre-mountain areas of Trentino.

It is produced entirely with Chardonnay grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place with re-fermentation in the bottle and subsequent permanence on the lees for at least 70 months.

The Spumante Domini Millesimato from Abate Nero is characterized by an intense straw yellow color, with golden reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense and pleasant sensations of candied cedar and cooked apple. In the mouth it is soft and balanced, with a pleasant aftertaste of toasted hazelnut and sweet almond.

Perfect to accompany pasta with important or stuffed sauces and white meat dishes. The pairing with the Florentine steak is interesting.
