Description

The Trento Extra Brut from the For4neri line by Zanotelli originates in Val di Cembra, from a family-owned agricultural company that has been based in Cembra Lisignago, in the province of Trento, since 1860. The grapes come from the vineyards of Caséle, Piagge, and Piazzole.

It is composed of pure Chardonnay grapes, which are gently pressed and then slowly fermented at 15-17°C. The aging in the bottle on the lees lasts at least 36 months.

The wine has a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it expresses elegant aromas of Golden apple. The taste is dry, fresh, and structured, with good persistence.

Excellent for an important aperitif, it is a wine to be enjoyed throughout a meal.
