Description

Ferrari's Trento Brut Rosé was born in vineyards located on the hills of Trentino.

It is produced with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, harvested entirely by hand between late August and early September. After the classic rosé vinification processes for Pinot Noir, this rosé follows the canons of the Classic Method, refermenting in the bottle for several months.

It is characterized by a copper color, tending to antique pink, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fragrant aromas of hawthorn flowers, enriched with hints of black currant and wild strawberries. On the palate it is dry and elegant, with a sweetly almondy finish and a remarkable persistence.

Perfect for formal aperitifs, this sparkling wine goes very well with shellfish and raw fish.
