Description

Feudo Antico Passerina is a white wine from Abruzzo, firmly linked to its territory of origin and local culture.

The grapes, 100% Passerina variety, come from hilly terrain located in the municipality of Tollo at an altitude of 230 meters. The soil here is loose, with a predominantly sandy and limestone composition. The vines, aged around 10 years, are exposed according to a North and North-East orientation. The harvest takes place in mid-October, with manual grape harvest. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in the presence of its yeasts in glass-cement tanks, for a total period of 6 months.

Straw yellow, it opens its perfume on fruity, floral and mineral notes with a fine and delicate impact. The sip is fresh and savory, wrapped in a caressing softness of the body.

Perfect to accompany a grilled fish.
