Description

Arnaldo Caprai's Umbria Rosso Outsider was born in vineyards located in the lands of Montefalco in Umbria, from a company that is continuously developing to create wines with great personality and typicality.

It is produced with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, carefully harvested by hand. It ages for about 18 months in barriques and for a further 8 months in bottle before being marketed.

Rosso Outsider is characterized by a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with a fresh bouquet of red fruit, enriched by tobacco notes with a pleasant balsamic. On the palate it is full and soft, with a velvety and vibrant tannin.

Perfect to accompany roasts and grilled red meats, it is ideal in combination with seasoned cheeses, cold cuts and salami.
