Rafael Palacios' As Sortes is produced with the property's oldest vineyards located in the Bibei Valley in Galicia.

Starting from six varieties planted in the 1970s located at an altitude above 680 meters above sea level, the Godello variety insists on granite sands and poor soils to combine the use of traditional processing methods with ecological treatments. After harvesting, the grapes are pressed and the must ferments in 500-liter barrels and then aged for a further 8 months in wood.

Intense straw yellow in color, it expresses hints of grapefruit, green apple and chestnut flowers on the nose. On the palate it is refreshing with an interesting mineral touch that preserves the breadth of the fruit for a direct, satisfying and ripe flavor.

It finds a pleasant combination when it accompanies vegetable lasagna and pasta dishes based on vegetables and white ragù.
