Description

This Prosecco Superiore di Cartizze Dry represents the elite of the La Tordera company, mirror of the most prestigious sub-area of the famous Prosecco denomination,

This bubbles is the result of a skilful blend of Glera, Bianchetta and Perera grapes, harvested towards the end of September and selected in the cellar. The grapes come from a single vineyard, with very old vineyards that guarantee a unique product quality. Following the Martinotti method, the wine ferments in an autoclave and refines for many months in the bottle to stabilize its organoleptic characteristics.

It has a bright straw yellow color, with greenish reflections and a persistent and minute perlage. The nose offers complex and very fine aromas, with pulp of abate pear and kaiser pear which blend well with lime and wisteria flowers, with a very elegant hazelnut finish. In the mouth it is very interesting, with a good basic freshness and a continuous and delicate sensation of ripe apple.

Perfect for the dessert moment, it finds perfection with millefeuille of pears and chantilly with caramelised crystals.
