Description

Prosecco Superiore Brunei Brut comes from vineyards located in the homonymous area of the municipality of Vidor, owned by the Venetian company La Tordera.

This sparkling wine is obtained from an original blend of Glera, Bianchetta and Verdiso grapes, harvested in September. Alcoholic fermentation is particularly delicate and followed in all its steps. The second fermentation is slow so as to allow the yeasts to release a carbonate which becomes fragrant and persistent.

It has a straw-yellow color of great brilliance, well supported by a fine and very persistent perlage. The nose offers a fragrant blend of flowers and fruits, with sensations of pear and green apple, lychee, jasmine and thyme. The flavor recalls the scent of apple, well accompanied by an acidity and an overall enveloping harmony and a light lime aftertaste.

To be drunk in the first years of life, this Prosecco is perfect for the aperitif moment. It becomes phenomenal with fish dishes such as scampi al Mojito, raw scampi and shellfish.
