Description

The Valdobbadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Cuvée Oris of Villa Sandi was born in the high hills of the DOCG area of Valdobbiadene, an area dedicated to the production of Prosecco.

It is produced exclusively with Glera grapes, harvested entirely by hand in mid-September. After a soft pressing, the must ferments at controlled temperature.

It is characterized by a crystalline straw yellow color and has a subtle and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet with floral notes, enriched with hints of ripe yellow apple, banana, delicate hints of melon and acacia flowers. On the palate it is fresh and fruity. The finish is persistent.

This Prosecco is ideal to accompany vegetable snacks and focaccia during aperitifs. It goes perfectly with first vegetarian pacts and is also excellent with light grilled meats and fish.
