The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Giall 'Oro from the Ruggeri winery comes from vineyards located in the northern part of the province of Treviso.

It is produced almost entirely from Glera grapes with small quantities of Verdiso and Perera, harvested manually in mid-September. After a soft pressing, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C.

Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Giall 'Oro is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, tending towards a greenish of impeccable clarity. The nose opens with a fruity, intense and persistent bouquet, with elegant hints of ripe Golden apple and acacia flowers. On the palate it is fresh, light, soft and balanced, giving a good persistence and a fruity finish.

Perfect to accompany fresh cheeses, seafood risotto, it is ideal in combination with crispy fried fish or typical Japanese dishes such as sushi and sashimi.
