Description

Santi's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry comes to life from the company vineyards located on the steep slopes, or "Rive", of the hills of San Pietro di Feletto, in the province of Treviso.

It is made from pure Glera grapes, harvested only by hand. After fermentation in steel, the sparkling process occurs naturally in an autoclave according to the Charmat method.

At sight it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a minute and persistent perlage. On the nose there are clear scents of ripe white peach accompanied by floral hints of wisteria. On the palate it is fragrant and well structured, closing on a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish.

Perfect to serve with legume soups and fresh cheeses, it is ideal in the company of white meats or as an aperitif.
