Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry DOCG Cruner Le Colture
Description
The Cruner of Le Colture comes from an exclusive selection of Glera grapes, harvested only from the vineyards included in the Valdobbiadene area. Here, the temperate microclimate and the soil consisting of sandstone and clay gives the prosecco greater aromas and creaminess.
Vinification takes place with soft pressing of the grapes. The must ferments in the absence of skins at a controlled temperature, then the fermentation takes place by refermentation in steel autoclaves according to the Charmat method.
It is characterized by a pale straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it has delicate fruit aromas with floral references. In the mouth it is harmonious and slightly sweet structure.
Ideal in combination with fruit tarts and cream cakes. Try it with focaccia.
