Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Santo Stefano Ruggeri

Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Dry Santo Stefano di Ruggeri comes from vineyards located in the best areas of Santo Stefano, from which it takes its name, in the province of Treviso.

It is produced from Glera grapes, with the presence of small quantities of Verdiso and Perera, harvested entirely by hand in mid-September. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C, followed by aging on the noble lees for a period of 3 months.

It has a bright greenish color, with a persistent crown of subtle perlage. The nose opens with elegant and delicate fruity notes, with hints of ripe apple and lemon flowers. On the palate it is fresh, well-shaped and round, with a sweetly fruity finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine is suitable for all occasions, it is perfect for accompanying not too sugary dry pastries.
