Description
The Spanish red wine Ciento Volando Tinto is produced by the Fernández-Pons winery, founded by the winemaker Diego Fernández. Together with 3 partners Diego produces not only organic wines but also craft beers.
The wine is produced from Syrah, Tempranillo and Monastrell grapes, vinified in red with a short skin maceration. The refinement takes place in French oak barrels and has a duration of 3 months.
Intense ruby red in color, it presents itself to the nose with aromas of red fruit with peppery notes. The sip is fresh and soft, with a discreet persistence.
It goes very well with pasta with meat sauce and grilled red meats.
