Description

Sauvignon Blanc Max 150 Años is produced by the Chilean company Errazuriz, founded in 1870 in the Aconcagua Valley, on the northwestern side of the Andes, less than 30 km from the Pacific Ocean.

The grapes were harvested early in the morning and transported to the cellar, where the must was vinified in steel tanks for 15-20 days at 14-16 ° C, before being filtered and bottled.

In the glass it is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections. It is expressed on the nose with aromas of citrus and fresh fruit, such as green apple and pineapple, as well as notes of aromatic herbs. On the palate it has a medium body, fresh and mineral, with good persistence.

It goes well with fish and shellfish dishes and with rich pasta and rice salads.
