Allegrini - Saman EVO Oil Valli Trapanesi DOP

The Oil of Casa Nostra is an Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Trapanesi Valleys, the result of the collaboration between the historic Valpolicella Allegrini company and Saman, a non-profit association that manages the olive groves confiscated from the mafia in order to enhance the Sicilian territory in a project of strong social commitment born and developed under the impulse of Caterina Mastella Allegrini.

The first olfactory sensation that comes is a clear note of green olives, with an enveloping medium-intense fruity, to which are added vegetable notes of tomato and artichoke that make it complete and balanced. In the mouth it has the same green notes perceived on the nose, with a pleasant touch of bitterness which guides towards a spicy finish of long persistence.

Perfect to use raw, it is suitable for delicate preparations based on white meat or fish as well as legume soups.
