Description

This Allegrini trunk contains two wines that differ symmetrically in character. The first, Palazzo della Torre , is a wine that has helped seal the greatness of this now famous Venetian reality, produced from a blend of the typical Valpolicella grapes and a small percentage of Sangiovese, with a part of Corvinone grapes that remains to wither until December. It is characterized by a good structure and intense aromas of raisins, black pepper and sweet spices. In the mouth it is pure velvet, with soft tannins and a persistent finish. Ideal with risotto with porcini mushrooms or a rich platter of high quality cold cuts and aged cheeses.

The second, the Valpolicella Classico communicates the history and the Venetian style, in a young, fresh and elegant wine. He has a mild soul and an innate propensity for lightness and conviviality, aged only in steel. A wine with a very pleasant drink and versatile from a gastronomic point of view: it can be combined with Italian appetizers but also with pasta dishes and grilled meat.
