Valpolicella DOC 2016 Brigaldara
Description
Valpolicella di Brigaldara was born in vineyards located in the town of San Floriano, in the extraordinary Marano valley, one of the four valleys that make up the magical terroir of Valpolicella.
It is obtained from Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Molinara and Sangiovese grapes, harvested manually in the second half of October. Fermentation takes place, with maceration in contact with the skins, in steel at controlled temperature, followed by aging for a few months in the same containers before the subsequent bottling.
Valpolicella di Brigaldara is characterized by a bright ruby red color. The nose opens with elegant hints of cherry, enriched with notes of vanilla and spices. On the palate it is dry and soft, well structured.
Perfect to accompany first courses, it is ideal in combination with roasts and stewed meats.
