Description
Rosso Veronese Gianni Bellora from Tenuta di Naiano comes from vineyards located in the hilly area of Verona.
It is produced 70% with Corvina Veronese grapes, 30% with Rondinella grapes, harvested towards the end of September. The grapes undergo a pressing and ferment in stainless steel tanks for about 15 days at a controlled temperature of 25-27 ° C, the malolactic fermentation takes place naturally in oak barrels. Subsequently the wine ages in barriqus for 15 months, followed by 4 months of aging in barrels and in bottle for a further 7 months.
Gianni Bellora is characterized by an intense red color. The nose opens with rich hints of red fruits, enriched with pleasant spicy notes. On the palate it has a particular structure and aromaticity, with a pleasantly long and persistent aftertaste.
Perfect to accompany red meats, roasts and cold cuts, it is ideal in combination with risotto and mushroom dishes.
