Description

The Venezia Giulia Ribolla of the Gravner Company was born in the magnificent vineyards of Oslavia located in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

It is produced from 100% Ribolla grapes, carefully picked and selected. The grapes ferment in Georgian amphorae buried on indigenous yeasts at an uncontrolled temperature. After racking and parting, the wine returns to the amphora for at least another 5 months. Subsequently the wine ages in large oak barrels for about 4 years. The wine will then be bottled without filtration.

The Venezia Giulia Ribolla is characterized by a bright amber yellow color. The nose opens with evident scents of sage, oregano and rosemary, enriched with floral and fruity scents, among which peach and apricot stand out. In the mouth it proves decisive and full-bodied, with hints of plum.

It goes perfectly with seafood risotto and all fresh fish recipes.
