Description
Vermentino di Gallura Spumante Brut Adelasia by Piero Mancini comes from vineyards located in the Sassari municipality of Olbia, in the heart of the Vermentino di Gallura DOCG.
It is produced only with Vermentino grapes, harvested and selected by hand in the second ten days of August. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place for 6 months in steel autoclaves, at controlled temperature, according to the Charmat method.
Vermentino di Gallura Spumante Brut Adelasia by Piero Mancini is characterized by a straw yellow color, with greenish reflections, and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with fresh aromas of aromatic herbs, sage and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and savory, with a good balance that accompanies towards a pleasantly persistent finish.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with appetizers and fish dishes.
