Description

The Vigneti delle Dolomiti Besler Biank di Pojer and Sandri was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Faedo, in the province of Trento.

It is produced with Riesling Renano, Kerner and Incrocio Manzoni grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand at rather late ripening. Fermentation takes place in small oak and acacia barrels, after which the wine ages for 6 months in wood and for about 2 years in the bottle, before being marketed.

It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with intense fruity aromas of apricot, ripe and tropical fruit, enriched with spicy and mineral hints. On the palate it is creamy, fresh and balanced, with a persistent finish on notes of acacia honey.

Ideal as a whole meal wine, this white wine goes well with spiced fish dishes and white meat main courses.
