Description

Blumenfeld's Pinot Grigio comes from vineyards located close to the Dolomites, in Trentino-Alto Adige.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Grigio grapes, harvested in the last days of September. Once in the cellar, the grapes are softly pressed, and then fermented in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages on the lees for 4 months before being bottled.

It is characterized by a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is expressed by revealing a delicate bouquet of white and yellow peaches, melon and spicy notes. The sip is full-bodied, well balanced between the fruit and a pleasant and refreshing acidity. Long finish.

It goes perfectly with soups and broths, pork loin with mushrooms, seafood au gratin.
