Description

The Melon De Bourgogne of Puzelat - Bonhomme originates in the Atlantic Loire area.

It consists of 100% Melon De Bourgogne grapes, coming from vineyards located in the town of Oudon and cultivated according to an organic farming method. Here the land is characterized by the presence of abundant limestone. It ages for 6 months in large 550-liter wooden barrels and is vinified in extremely limited quantities which amount to around 600 bottles.

At sight it is bright straw yellow. The aromas are fruity with white pulp fruit and citrus, finished with a floral broom vein. The sip is determined by balance and finesse, freshness and flavor, all inserted in a delicate but very present body. It closes in a persistence based on elegance.

Ideal to accompany a potato and aromatic herb pie.
