Description

The Vin Santo del Chianti Classico San Lorenzo a Bibbiano of the Bibbiano company is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Castellina in Chianti, in the province of Siena.

It is produced with Sangiovese, Malvasia and Trebbiano grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in small oak barrels, belonging to a prized "family reserve", where it ages for at least 48 months.

San Lorenzo a Bibbiano has an intense amber color. The nose opens with fragrant aromas of dried apricot, peach and almond. Full-bodied and round on the palate, it is characterized by a beautiful finesse and elegance.

Perfect to combine with fois gras and pate, it is ideal to accompany aged cheeses.
