Description

The Can Rich Blanc is an organic white wine produced in the vineyards of Can Rich and Can Llaudis on the island of Ibiza, characterized by a Mediterranean climate and poor calcareous soils, with a fine texture and good water retention capacity. This combination favors the development of fresh and floral aromas, typical of the island territory.

The grapes, from local varieties such as Malvasia and Moscatel Grano Menudo, are harvested and vinified respecting the principles of organic farming. The winemaking process is conducted in a way to preserve freshness and aromaticity, without any oak aging.

On the nose, it exhibits great aromatic intensity: citrus notes of lemon and mandarin peel blend with aromas of pear, white nectarine, and Mediterranean flowers such as fennel and chamomile. On the palate, it is broad, juicy, and lively, with balanced freshness leading to a refreshing finish.

Perfect with light appetizers, grilled white fish, or aromatic salads.
