Description
The Brut Rosato delle Ripalte was born in Poggio Turco, in the vineyards of Fattoria delle Ripalte. on the coasts of the island of Elba.
The wine is produced entirely with Aleatico grapes, harvested in mid-August. Sparkling wine follows the Charmat method. The grapes, therefore, undergo a soft pressing to obtain the sparkling base, which is then refermented. During the bottling phase, the liqueur d'expedition is made up of Aleatico Passito.
The Brut Rosato delle Ripalt and has an intense pink color with golden reflections. The nose offers a well-defined floral bouquet dominated by wild rose that blends with Mediterranean aromas and fruity scents. It is fresh and harmonious on the palate, with a delicately and elegantly fruity aftertaste.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it goes well with shellfish and seafood.
