Vino Spumante di Qualità Metodo Classico Blanc de Blancs 2010 Broglia
Description
Broglia Blanc de Blancs is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced with 100% Cortese grapes. With an altitude of 200 meters above sea level and with a south-west exposure, the vines grow on a predominantly clayey soil.
Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 18 and 20 °C. Following the technique used in the production of classic method sparkling wines, the wine referments in the bottle remaining in contact with the yeasts for a period of at least 18 months before disgorging.
Equipped with an intense straw yellow color, it has floral and pulp fruit aromas on the nose, with some herbaceous and citrus scents. Sapid in the mouth, it offers a persistent aromatic range of great finesse and delicacy.
A wine suitable for well-constructed appetizers and first courses, raw seafood and grilled fish. Also excellent to accompany selections of blue cheeses and fried foods.
