Description

The Quality Sparkling Wine Cuvée dei Frati Dosaggio Zero is a Metodo Classico sparkling wine produced with Turbiana grapes and a small part of Chardonnay by the Ca' dei Frati company, interpreted in an essential key with no added sugar. This Extra Brut is born to enhance the authenticity of the indigenous grape variety and the sparkling vocation of the Garda area, in a pure and direct stylistic profile.

The grapes are directly pressed and vinified in steel, without undergoing malolactic fermentation. The wine then ages on the lees for about 36 months, followed by another 4 months in the bottle after disgorgement. The long aging process helps develop an aromatic and gustative complexity that distinguishes it for fineness and precision.

Visually, it displays a golden yellow color with golden reflections and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it expresses fragrant notes of bread and fresh fruit, with biscuit accents. On the palate, it is dry and vertical, with a creamy carbonation and a vibrant acidity that amplifies hints of hazelnut and bread crust, enhancing the elegance of the sip.

Perfect when paired with freshwater fish, cold white meats, and summer salads, it can also accompany a full meal with class.
