De-alcoholized White Carbonated Sparkling Wine

Originating from a territory with a predominantly Mediterranean climate, this Brilla! 0.0% white de-alcoholized carbonated sparkling wine benefits from its proximity to the sea and the protection of the Alps, which create optimal conditions for grape cultivation. The vineyards enjoy good sun exposure and regular breezes that preserve the health of the clusters. The alternation between cold winters and summers with marked temperature variations favors the aromatic development of the Italian white grapes used for its production.

The de-alcoholization process is carried out through an advanced distillation procedure in vacuum evaporation columns. In the first phase, volatile aromas are recovered and then reintegrated into the wine. Subsequently, ethanol is gradually removed through controlled evaporation, until a product with zero alcohol content is obtained. Thanks to the technology used, the organoleptic characteristics of the original wine are preserved, maintaining the aromas and the pleasure on the palate intact.

In appearance, it is a brilliant straw yellow with luminous reflections. On the nose, it offers a fragrant bouquet with notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and delicate floral scents. The sip is fresh, harmonious, and pleasant, with a lively and eccentric finish that enhances its carefree and engaging personality.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs lightly with vegetable or fish-based dishes.
