Description
Pinot di Pinot Rosé was born in the historic Gancia cellars, in Piedmont.
This sparkling wine comes from the assembly of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Nero and Pinot Grigio grapes, macerated for a short period with soft pressing and fermented in steel at controlled temperature. The sparkling process takes place in closed containers, according to the Charmat or Martinotti method.
The Pinot di Pinot Rosé has a soft pink color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose has aromas of fresh fruit and delicate notes of yellow flowers. In the mouth it shows a light body and an excellent balance, well supported by a good acidic streak.
Perfect for the aperitif moment, it goes very well with little elaborate fish dishes.
