Description
A perverse thought . This is how Teo Musso defines the Xyauyù beer which takes up the style of Barley Wine. The Baladin brewery creates this high fermentation beer which, after a macro oxidation process, ages in oak barrels that have hosted large rums and give the product remarkable organoleptic properties.
It has a full amber color, with copper highlights. The nose offers a decisive date aroma, well accompanied by hints of caramel and wood, derived from the barrel. In the mouth it is free of carbonation, with a unique and elegant taste that recalls the tradition of the great Madeira.
Excellent with chocolate, Xyauyù can be tasted with serenity even after a meal.
