Description

This dealcoholised red wine from De Stefani is made with Merlot and Refosco grapes from the Piave Valley in Veneto, an area characterised by clay-rich soils that promote quality viticulture. It is aimed at a broad audience, offering a pleasant and accessible alternative at any time of day.

The winemaking process involves pressing the grapes, cooling the must to 0°C and a single fermentation at 15°C. The alcohol is then removed through controlled heating up to 30°C under vacuum, a technique that preserves the wine's natural and original aromas.

In the glass, it displays an intense, bright ruby red colour. On the nose, it presents notes of ripe red fruits accompanied by a light spiciness, while on the palate it is soft, harmonious and ends with a pleasantly balanced finish.

Perfect paired with starters, fresh cheeses, vegetables or pulses.
