Description

This alcohol-free white sparkling wine by De Stefani is made from Glera grapes grown in the Prosecco area, in Veneto, in the province of Treviso, on soils with a high concentration of clay that are particularly well-suited for viticulture. It is designed for versatile enjoyment, suitable for any social occasion.

The production process includes gentle pressing of the grapes, chilling the must to 0°C, and a single fermentation at 15°C. The alcohol is then removed by vacuum heating up to 30°C, a technique that preserves the wine’s natural aromas intact.

Straw yellow in colour with greenish highlights, it displays a fine and persistent perlage. The nose offers fruity aromas with hints of golden apple and exotic notes, while on the palate it is light and harmonious, with good freshness and pleasant balance.

Perfect as an aperitif, throughout the meal, or to toast any celebration.
