Tenuta Il Bosco is located in Oltrepò Pavese, in the same places where the Benedictine monks returned during the Middle Ages to plant vines. At the end of the nineteenth century, the processing of Pinot Noir began for particularly evocative sparkling wines capable of expressing the potential of this blend. Today this reality continues to surprise with excellent and aggregating wines. Examples are the Cruasé (93 pt LM) and the Cuvée Brut (91 pt WE) , both based on Pinot Noir, obtained with second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method and able to tell very well the evolutionary capacities that the wines of this area manage to promise. Fragrant and fresh wines but also deep and laid-back, with great aromas, with which they range from red fruits to tropical ones and with a very slender palate.
