Brice
Brice is a Champagne house founded in 1994 in Bouzy, a renowned village in the Montagne de Reims, in the heart of Champagne. The house is led by Jean-René Brice, while the vineyards are looked after by Rémi Brice—a family bond that brings together leadership and hands-on work in the vineyard.
The estate has around 10 hectares of vineyards across three villages, yielding cuvées that precisely convey the character of their respective terroirs. In the cellar, responsibilities are entrusted to Christophe Constant, chef de cave and oenologist of the house.
The range includes the Héritage line, with Brut, Rosé, and Élevage Prolongé Brut Nature, along with Extra Brut-style references such as Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru, Blanc de Noirs, Vintage, and Le Poteau. Completing the offering are Coteaux Champenois Bouzy Rouge and Bouzy Blanc, still wines that reveal another side of this village.
With a style that favors restrained dosage and a strong sense of place, Brice offers authentic, characterful Champagnes—faithful expressions of Bouzy and the Montagne de Reims.
