Levante Spirits

Levante Spirits is the Tuscan company based in Ponsacco, in the province of Pisa, that brings the Ginepraio spirits to life, born from the vision of Enzo Brini and Fabio Mascaretti. The goal is to create spirits capable of representing the soul of Tuscany, uniting tradition and innovation.

At the heart of the project is organic Tuscan wild juniper, used in three varieties: common juniper, coccolone and coccone. Alongside it are organically grown, locally sourced ingredients and an entirely local production designed to reduce environmental impact. Quality, authenticity, sustainability and respect for tradition are the values that guide the company, presented as a tribute to the area's biodiversity.

The range includes the Organic Tuscan Dry Gin, at 45% vol, from organic Tuscan grain alcohol with wild juniper, helichrysum and sweet orange peel, with a balsamic, spicy and floral profile; the Organic Mediterranean Dry Gin, at 43% vol, with green mandarin, bitter orange, oregano, lentisk and wild carrot, crafted for mixology; and the organic vodka Granaio, from Tuscan grain distilled twice.

The most original expression is the Amphora Navy Strength Gin, at 57% vol, presented by the company as the first Navy Strength gin matured in cocciopesto amphorae, an ancient material that encourages slow micro-oxygenation, imparting softness and complexity. According to the company, Ginepraio is the most awarded Italian organic gin globally.
