Gerardo Cesari
Founded in 1936, Cesari was born as a guest of Valpolicella, a region with which the company creates a deep bond right from the start. 1971 marks the launch of the first Amarone della Valpolicella signed by Cesari, among the first to reach the United States. Thus begins a long production path based on quality, listening to the territory, and respecting its traditions. Today, a new chapter begins for Cesari: the Anima Contemporanea, a philosophy that guides every little part of the company's work, from the vineyard to the winery, to the bottle, with the aim of enhancing the territory and its “classics” in a modern key, always looking towards the future.
This vision is reflected throughout the production: from the highest expressions of Valpolicella with the Bosan line, decorated with numerous awards, to the Classics - the contemporary classics of the territory that include not only Valpolicella but also Soave - and reaching the southern shores of Lake Garda, with the imaginative Centofilari whites.
