The Kellerei Kaltern (Cantina di Caldaro) is the result of the merger between two of the historic cellars of the area: the Bauernkellerei (Farmer's Cellar) and the Jubiläumskellerei (Jubilee Cellar). Almost a thousand winegrowers and a cooperative idea that combines strength and knowledge are at the origin of crystalline and pure wines, with a mineral skeleton and recognizable charm.

The region's leading blends are divided into the Quintessenz line, which includes the homonymous Quintessenz (Tre Bicchieri Gambero Rosso) and Cabernet Sauvignon (94 pt Parker) . In addition to the base line, the Selections with wines from historic vineyards such as Saltner , a Pinot Nero Riserva that combines red fruits with very soft tannins and Sauvignon Stern (95 pt Maroni) , very smooth on the palate thanks to a permanence on the fine lees for at least 5 months and in perfect shape for a classy aperitif based on local cheeses. A story so populated with successes that it really satisfies everyone.
