Considered one of the most suitable areas for the cultivation of vines, California has stood out for the quality of its wines, which in 1976 , in the event known to history as "The Judgment of Paris" , managed to compare and surpass the wines of Bordeaux .

Obtained for the most part from international vines, such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zinfandel (corresponding to our local Primitivo), which have managed to find their second homeland in this region, Californian wines are the result of an extraordinary openness by producers towards innovation and experimentation, but also and above all, incredibly favorable climatic, geological and environmental conditions.
