Cantele's story begins with Teresa Manara and Giovanni Battista who, after the war, decide to bet on the future of Apulian wine, at the time distributed mainly as bulk wine. Passion and foresight will give the children and subsequently the grandchildren all the courage to continue to believe in the goodness of a land which, although favored by optimal climatic conditions, requires continuous conservation efforts to achieve the highest quality and ensure full respect for nature.
