Tokyo Gomez-Rojo La Malpagada is a white wine from the regions of Soria and Burgos, in the Ribera del Duero, Castile and Leon. It is made from 100% Albillo Mayor grapes.
The winemaking process involves fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aging on its own yeasts for over 6 months in new 225-liter French oak barrels. 15% of the total ferments in barriques in contact with the skins, giving the wine greater complexity.
