De Saint Gall unites 1860 families of winemakers and includes the grapes of a vast terroir ranging from the Côte des Blancs to the Vallée de la Marne, obtained and selected exclusively in grand cru and premier cru.

The wines obtained are assembled in unique and quality artisanal cuvées by the cave chef of Avize, with a range that stands out with the precious Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru, pure Chardonnay with low dosage, aged on the lees for at least 66 months and with the valuable Brut Selection, a selection of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier from vineyards located between the Côte de Blancs, the Montagne de Reims and the Vallée de la Marne, aged on its lees for 36 months.
